Data Requests

Many departments and university administrators need access to graduate level data to complete their internal reports and to guide their decision-making process. When there is a need for graduate student institutional data, follow the instructions below.

Types of data available

Graduate student data requests come in a variety of forms. For example, one may be interested in a departmental summary whereas the next one may limit their request to a certain subpopulation such as STEM or international students. To see some examples of the reports we create, go to Student Data Reports.

Instructions for submitting a data request

When entering the system, you will be prompted for your Purdue Career Account credentials. Since this utilizes SharePoint, you will want to include "onepurdue\" (no quotes) in front of your username. For example, if your name were Bob Smith, you might enter your credentials in the login screen as indicated below:

Instructions for entering user data in the prompt

Complete all required fields and submit your request. Someone from the IMA staff will communicate with you throughout the process, but feel free to login and check on the request status as this is updated at least weekly.

Be aware that your request will be visible to others who login to this system and view the queue.

At this time, the only supported browser for this system is Firefox. We are currently working on solutions to resolve a SharePoint error that appears when using Chrome/IE. To continue, click the link below while using Firefox:
