Intercultural Learning Officers, or ILOs, are leaders from all of Purdue’s colleges who are committed to fostering intercultural learning in their respective settings. They come together with CILMAR staff several times each semester to share what is happening in their colleges, learn about the most current CILMAR opportunities and developments, offer insights based on the unique perspectives of their units, and gather inspiration and new ideas by connecting with other intercultural leaders on campus. They disseminate information from CILMAR to their colleges and serve as a resource for all things intercultural to the faculty and staff with whom they work.
