Fall 2021 Updates Report a Protect Purdue Pledge Violation

Welcome to the Multicultural Greek Council

The Multicultural Greek Council (MGC) was established at Purdue University in 2003 to serve as a governing body; to create and maintain high standards in the life of culturally-based Fraternities and Sororities by addressing, managing and creating strategic programming; to unify organizations involved in MGC; and to have a positive relationship between MGC, other fraternity/sorority councils, the university student body and administration, thus improving campus life.

Expressing Interest and Joining an Organization:

All MGC organizations conduct recruitment individually through open recruitment events. The organizations host events throughout the year to be able to get to know students. The best way to get to know the organizations is to reach out to a member and ask what the process looks like. MGC organizations that do intake appreciate discretion prior to and during the intake process. Visit our chapter page learn more about each organization and who you can contact. Or, you can reach out to a MGC officer and they can help you directly!
