Writing an advertisement for a faculty position is one of the critical components to a successful posting, but it is also the task that most often slows down the approval process.
Refer to each of these resources before and during the submission of the ad in SuccessFactors.

Refer to this chart to determine if the position requires the department to sponsor permanent residency. In general, departments must sponsor permanent residence for all tenure-track and tenured faculty positions.
