INPREPared developed this site for Extension Educators, news media, and other to quickly prepare news releases, PSA's, and social media outreach when severe winter weather is predicted.

In addition to links to current conditions, the site includes winter weather-related PREPnotes, video PREPclips, and archived news articles from www.inprepared.org.  Any of these resources may be used or shared by the public.

We have also included direct links to public agency social media graphics about winter winter, which may be downloaded and shared.

If you have suggestions for additional content, please send us a note at inprepared@purdue.edu.

PREPnotes are short (about 1 page) fact sheets about a wide variety of emergency and rural disaster preparation topics.  The PREPnotes automatically download as MS Word Files.  You are free to distribute as-is, or copy and modify as needed for news releases, social media, or other outreach.
