Canva for Purdue

Right now, Canva is only for Purdue Brand Network (PBN) members. To get started, PBN members need to opt in by filling out this short online form. Once submitted, you’ll receive an invitation from Canva with instructions to join Purdue’s Canva environment.

Good news! You can keep using any Canva Teams you’re already part of and easily switch between Teams from your Canva profile menu. We recommend moving Purdue-related work into the Purdue Brand Network (PBN) Enterprise Team. If you have important designs in another Team, you can copy them into the Enterprise Team using Canva’s Help Center Article.

If you’re currently paying for Canva on another Team, you may be eligible for a refund before moving to Canva for Campus. Visit Canva Support for assistance.

You cannot merge personal and Purdue accounts, but you still have a couple of easy options:

• Use Account Switcher: Link both accounts and switch between them from your profile menu. Learn more in Canva’s Account Switcher Guide.
• Copy or Share Designs: Move designs between accounts by sharing them or using Canva’s Copy to Another Team feature within Canva.

Invites are sent after you opt in and will come from Canva. It may take up to one week to receive your invite. Be sure to check your spam folder.

Core brand kit elements and a selection of templates are available now. Check back often as we will regularly add new templates.

Access is currently limited to PBN members during this initial rollout phase.

No. At this time Canva is being introduced as an additional tool for PBN members. As we continue the rollout, we’ll be gathering feedback to understand how Canva supports your work and how it fits into our broader toolset over time.
