PBS Support Request For General Campus Partners

For campus partners outside of Student Life, Teaching and Learning, and the Office of Research, marketing responsibilities generally remain within your unit. To support that work, the PBS website and Marketer’s Toolbox offer the tools and standards needed to produce Purdue-branded materials confidently.

PBS does, however, provide direct help in a select number of areas, including:

Certain awards and certificates
Story idea submissions
Co-branded logo requests
Digital signage submissions to master campus playlist
Marq account and template requests
Web template requests and Siteimprove access
Full-service, for-hire video productions

First time requesting support?

If this is your first time submitting a request, you’ll need to create a Workfront account using your Purdue email address. This takes only a moment and gives you access to submit requests.

Create a Workfront account

Once you’re signed in to Workfront, it’s as easy as 1-2-3!

If not already open, select “New Request” in the upper right corner
Choose the “Request Type” for the marketing area you need
Complete all required fields and submit your request

You can expect to hear back from Purdue Brand Studio within three business days.

Purdue Brand Studio Productions

PBSP is the university’s full‑service, for-hire, in‑house video production team. It can help you with professional promotional videos, documentaries, short‑form storytelling, studio productions, live event coverage and more.

Need photo and/or video assets?

PhotoShelter is Purdue Brand Studio’s digital asset library providing access to the best Purdue-branded imagery and b-roll options. Galleries have been created for public use and for use by campus marketers. Be sure to log in using your Purdue credentials to view all galleries available for campus partners.
