This example shows an alias information request and explains the reply information. (This information is restricted to PUID_ROOT callers.)

Alias information reply messages:
MAKA: h hashes use b of bb buckets
MAKA: [m,x] per bucket
Where:
AKA: -- is the prefix for alias information.
h -- indicates the total number of aliases in the alias hash table.
b of bb -- the h hashed aliases use b of the bb hash buckets.
[m,x] -- indicates the hash bucket occupancy range.
