Program Options for Students

Purdue Students

Purdue Students can take courses during Summer and Winter Sessions to lighten their school year course load, complete prerequisite courses, and progress toward their academic goals. Students can register for coursework, internships, work experiences, studying abroad, and more.

Admitted Students

Admitted students may have the option to switch to Early Start in West Lafayette or Indianapolis. Early Start allows students to get ahead in their coursework, get to know campus early, have the support of a peer mentor, and participate in small classes.

High School Students

Taking online or on-campus courses during summer allows high school students age 15 and older to experience college life by completing coursework alongside current undergraduate students.

Visiting Students

After being admitted, visiting students may register for summer courses when open registration begins and until classes start. Students may search over 850 undergraduate summer courses using the Dynamic Course Schedule.
