Ryan Drown and Michele Markley

Ryan Drown and Michele Markley (Krannert School of Management): Ryan and Michele went above and beyond the call of duty in getting a technical problem resolved. It required them to work after the computer lab was closed, and they did it in a very short amount of time. They could have very easily said, "Sorry, can't be done," but they didn't. I'm truly amazed at their high level of service and effort in helping us complete the task that ultimately benefited students. Thanks, Ryan and Michele.
