Lorraine Chafin (Operations and Maintenance):
 Lorraine is our lighting tech. Although this is her paid job, she always goes above and beyond to keep our tubes replaced and ballasts working. She goes out of her way to solve problems and offer advice to keep your workplace as pleasant and user-friendly as possible.
