Anthem offering one-on-one assistance at West Lafayette campus next week

Anthem representatives will be on the West Lafayette campus two days next week for one-on-one meetings. Employees who would like to discuss medical plan options for 2015, review details about plan coverage or talk through other medical plan topics with Anthem are invited to schedule an appointment.
To make a one-on-one appointment with an Anthem representative, employees should call 317-287-5441. (This number should be used only for scheduling a one-on-one appointment and not for other Anthem business.) Appointments will be offered from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Monday (Oct. 27) and from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 31.
