This training is designed for those who administer or oversee flight training programs. That responsibility extends to maintaining compliance with two federal regulatory frameworks: the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Participants will gain a clear understanding of applicable regulatory obligations, documentation standards, and reporting responsibilities that protect program eligibility and support the students enrolled.

Audience: Flight training program administrators and compliance personnel with oversight and/or compliance responsibility for SEVP- and FAA-certified programs.

Why do I have to complete this training?
If you oversee a flight training program that enrolls international students or operates under FAA certification, your institution is subject to federal regulations from both SEVP (Student and Exchange Visitor Program) and the FAA. Non-compliance can result in loss of program eligibility — which means your institution could lose the ability to enroll international students or operate entirely.
This training exists because these regulatory requirements are complex, documentation-heavy, and time-sensitive. Errors or gaps in compliance submissions can have serious consequences for your program and your students.
Can I opt out of taking this training?
