New 3D cell culture method points to personalized cancer therapies

Each cancer patient’s tumors have cells that look and act differently, making it difficult for scientists to determine treatments based on tumors grown from generic cell cultures in the lab. Purdue assists quarantined and isolated students in voting in 2020 election

Purdue students in quarantine or isolation space were able to vote in the 2020 election thanks to efforts by the University and the Tippecanoe County clerk. Fire Chief Kevin Ply of Purdue was named a “traveling board” by the clerk’s office and facilitated the collection of votes from students in both on- and off-campus locations. The ballots were then taken to election officials.
