Performance review training available for managers, staff

A variety of training opportunities are available to guide staff and supervisors through the 2019-20 performance review process. Managers and staff have the option of using a short video tutorial, live instructor-led workshops and webinars.

Programs designed to provide much-needed health care services to rural families in Kenya are leading to a new generation of medical professionals and innovators – who are helping save the lives of those facing financial and mobility constraints. The College of Pharmacy has a strong presence in Kenya, with multiple programs supporting the health care needs of families.

Alcoholism in the family alters brain shift between active, resting states

You don’t have to be a drinker for your brain to be affected by alcoholism. A new study shows that just having a parent with an alcohol use disorder affects how your brain transitions between active and resting states – regardless of your own drinking habits. Researchers at Purdue and the Indiana University School of Medicine performed the study.
