Performance review training available for managers, staff

A variety of training opportunities are available to guide staff and supervisors through the 2019-20 performance review process.

Managers and staff have the option of using a short video tutorial, live instructor-led workshops and webinars. The live webinars and workshops will provide opportunities to ask questions and to engage in real-world examples on how to complete key review activities. 

Registration for the above events will be completed through the SuccessFactors Learning Management System:

• 2019-20 Annual Performance Review tutorial.
• Live webinar: Sessions available 1:30-3 p.m. on Thursday (Feb. 20) and Feb. 25. Select “Item Details” to see the scheduled sessions, and be sure to select “Register Now” to enroll in the webinar or workshop on the desired date.
• Instructor-led workshops: Available Feb. 27 through March 26. Select “Item Details” to see the scheduled 90-minute sessions, and be sure to select “Register Now” to enroll in the webinar or workshop on the desired date.
