Education Secretary Duncan to speak Wednesday at Purdue
U.S. Education Secretary Arne Duncan will speak on Wednesday (Sept. 16) at Purdue as part of the Fall 2015 Presidential Lecture Series. Duncan will talk at 2:15 p.m. in Stewart Center's Loeb Playhouse. The secretary's visit is part of his sixth annual "Back-to-School Bus Tour: Ready for Success."

Thumbs Up: Pamela White
Since 2010, Purdue Today has invited faculty and staff to recognize the good work of others on campus through its weekly "Thumbs Up" feature. The newsletter periodically will publish an expanded version of this popular feature in an effort to further call attention to employees' excellent work. Today, Purdue Today features Pamela White, media and instructional technology specialist in the College of Veterinary Medicine.
