Aaron Ramsey

Senior Director of Corporate Relations, College of Engineering

Aaron Ramsey is the Senior Director of Corporate Relations at Purdue University in the College of Engineering. Aaron leverages his 25+ years of manufacturing experience, his MBA and Six Sigma Black Belt credentials to foster strong partnerships and collaborations between faculty, students, and industry partners. His mission is to advance the Engineering education, research, and outreach programs and to promote the Purdue College of Engineering (CoE) brand and reputation in the national and global markets.

Throughout his career, Aaron has demonstrated his passion for continuous improvement, process re-engineering, change management, and team-based culture in various fields, such as machining, warehousing, pharmaceutical, medical device, and consulting. He has also trained and mentored employees, led and participated in lean initiatives, conducted International Organization for Standardization (ISO) audits, and managed projects with significant outcomes and impacts. Some of his notable achievements include receiving multiple awards from Eli Lilly and Purdue University for leading and contributing to safety, quality, and innovation initiatives.
