Operations and Maintenance
Operations and Maintenance is responsible for the maintenance and stewardship of university features and facilities and consists of Central Shops, Teams and Zones Maintenance.

Central Shops
The Physical Facilities Central Shops are made up of several different skilled trade areas. Work with your building deputy to request any of the Central Shops services listed below.
Teams
Teams provide internal construction services for small projects typically valued at less than $100,000. Our staff is made up of a number of skilled trades: carpentry, electrical, masonry and plumbing.
Zones Maintenance
Zones Maintenance is responsible for the maintenance of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, refrigeration and indoor air quality, indoor air handling systems, drinking fountains and classrooms.
