The Work Request Center is responsible for monitoring the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) system, which contains information for campus work orders.

Priority 0
Life Safety & Imminent Threat
- Structural damage or broken entry
- Major water leaks or flooding
- No heat or hot water
- Gas leak or fire hazard
- Power or elevator outage
Priority 1
Loss of property, equipment damage
- HVAC or appliance failure
- Plumbing or drainage issues
- Electrical or lighting problems
- Safety device not functioning
- Key or lock changes
Priority 2
Business stoppage, minimal ability to work around
- Minor plumbing issues
- Temperature discomfort
- Ventilation not working
- Lighting or power issues
- Fixture repairs
Priority 3
Business disruption, a work around is available but inconvenient
- Minor planned jobs
- Planned corrective work when components arrive
PRiority 4
Non-critical work, enhances business
- Bed/furniture issues
- Make additional keys
- Preventative maintenance work orders
- Reactive maintenance work orders
Priority 5
Discretionary-type work
- Inspections
- Project work
- Summer conferences maintenance
- Turnovers (Preparing living space for new residents)
Priority C
Specific event: Boiler Gold Rush (BGR), Homecoming, etc.
