Space available for Sept. 26 SAP Plant Maintenance open lab workshop
As previously announced, open lab workshops are being offered on a monthly basis to building deputies, business office staff and other individuals who have been assigned to approve requests and create work orders in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
Space is still available in the next scheduled open lab on Wednesday (Sept. 26) from 8:30-9:30 a.m. in the Physical Facilities Service Building (PFSB). Registration for this date or future opportunities is available on the Training @ Purdue website.
Topics that will be discussed include reviewing notifications and an overview of creating work orders. Participants may submit questions and other content suggestions when registering for an open lab date if specific topics are of interest.
Some actions including submitting a project are completed through SAP Project Portfolio Management (PPM) by individuals with a different assigned role and access than those of SAP PM. Training related to these functions is not included in the Plant Maintenance open lab workshops.
Questions may be directed to Russ Wetli, data governance manager, SAP Plant Maintenance, at wetlir@purdue.edu.
