Employee Self-Service portal unavailable 5 p.m. June 29 to July 9
Several areas, including OnePurdue (Purdue SAP Portal), located on the OneCampus Portal will pause starting at 5 p.m. Friday, June 29 through Sunday, July 8. Employees will be able to access it again on Monday, July 9.
The Purdue SAP Portal houses a variety of information including Employee Self-Service (ESS). ESS contains employee information such as:

Payment (salary statements)
-
Payroll Deduction Giving
-
Performance Management (staff evaluations by manager)
-
Personal Information (address, bank details, etc.)

Taxes
-
Working Time (leave requests and approvals) – leave requests cannot be completed during the pause period. Employees are encouraged to discuss leave time with their managers and submit time-off requests prior to June 29 (for any time off through July 9). Once the system is available on July 9, requests can be completed moving forward.
Additionally, departments are encouraged to complete any remaining June-dated personnel actions, leaves, etc. prior to the June 29 pause date.
