SAP Plant Maintenance, Personas, Fix It portal unavailable starting 12 p.m. June 28; temporary emergency process provided
SAP Plant Maintenance, Personas and the Fix It portal for work requests will be unavailable beginning at 12 p.m. on Thursday, June 28 while the SAP system pauses for General Ledger (Finance) implementation. These systems are expected to be available no later than July 9 and may become available for use again prior to that time.
Urgent issues during this period include the following examples and should be reported to pfwrc@purdue.edu for administrative and academic facilities:
-
No air conditioning or loss of power in a room
-
Completely clogged drain lines
-
Critical issues with other lab, food service or departmental equipment
- Security or life safety-related issues
Also during this time, submit urgent conditions occurring in the Córdova Recreational Sports Center, Purdue Memorial Union, Purdue University Student Health Center or any residence halls, dining courts or Purdue Village buildings to studentlife-maintenance@purdue.edu.
Non-critical and routine requests for all facilities that can wait to be addressed should be submitted through the Fix It portal when it becomes available on or before July 9. All incidences or requests should resume being submitted through regular channels once the SAP portal is available.
Questions leading up to systems being unavailable may be directed to Russ Wetli, data governance manager, SAP Plant Maintenance, at (765) 494-3869 or wetlir@purdue.edu.
