New contact established for escalated SAP Plant Maintenance support

With the launch of the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module late last year, members of the SAP project team are now being reallocated to focus on implementation of remaining modules: Human Capital Management Success Factors and General Ledger (Finance).

Business and production support is needed on an ongoing basis for SAP PM that was not included in the project team’s scope, and Russ Wetli, data governance manager in Buildings and Grounds, is now leading the initiative.

While existing and future issues with SAP PM will continue to be addressed using the escalation process outlined online, responsibilities previously sent to the project team by departmental subject matter experts and business offices should instead be sent directly to Russ at wetlir@purdue.edu. Russ is equipped to provide SAP PM support campus-wide for issues including data quality standards, future system development, program oversight, processes, role definitions and establishment, training and system level issues.
