Creation of new work orders in SAP unavailable later today through Monday morning

As part of the Enterprise Asset Management transformation, the improvements to the SAP Plant Maintenance system will be launched on Monday (Oct. 30). In order to prepare for the implementation, user will be unable to create new work orders beginning at 5 p.m. today through Monday morning. During this timeframe, users will only be able to view work orders; they should not input any data in the system.

Previously submitted work orders will be retained and will remain in the work queue with no additional action required from the requester.

New work orders should be held for submission until Monday. If a user has an urgent need on Friday, contact the Work Request Center at (765) 494-9999 or the appropriate zone leader.
