Performance management deadline: supervisors meet with staff by May 31
Physical Facilities supervisors must meet with each staff member one-on-one to discuss their annual performance management evaluation results by May 31.
Upon completing the one-on-one meetings, supervisors must select the “finalize evaluation/display to employee” option within the Employee Self-Service section of SAP.
Employees will then review and sign off on the evaluation content in the system.
Remaining deadlines for the performance management cycle are outlined below:
- By May 31: Supervisors meet with each staff member one-on-one to discuss their annual evaluation results and select “finalize evaluation/display to employee” within Employee Self-Service.
- By June 16: Each staff member enters the SAP online tool to review final supervisor ratings/comments and confirm that the one-on-one evaluation took place.
- June 30: Fiscal year 2018 evaluation forms are loaded.
- On or before July 1: Each staff member, in consultation with their supervisor, will enter fiscal year 2018 goals.
