Reliable technology and audio/visual (AV) support are essential to a successful event. PCED collaborates with campus partners to ensure access to the connectivity, equipment and production capabilities needed for smooth presentations, performances and hybrid experiences. Technical needs are coordinated throughout the planning process so that equipment, setup and staffing align with the goals and requirements of each program.

Wi-Fi Access

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all public spaces across campus and in guest rooms at the Union Club Hotel. Wi-Fi–enabled devices with web-browsing capability are required to access the network.

Production Support

Purdue Hall of Music Productions provides professional AV support, including sound staging, lighting, videography and full-scale event production for programs requiring enhanced technical elements.

Standard Audiovisual Services

Standard audiovisual services — such as in-room projection, screens, microphones and podium setups — are available in event spaces at the Purdue Memorial Union and the Stewart Center.
