Fall break schedules set for Purdue Indianapolis campus services
Purdue Indianapolis will have modified service schedules and building access during fall break periods in October. Purdue’s fall break is Oct. 12-13, followed by IU’s fall break Oct. 19-20. The following information outlines changes to campus services, dining and building access during these periods.
For Purdue’s fall break, Oct. 12-13:
- Campus Connect: No service Oct. 12-13. Weekend service will operate as usual Oct. 10-11.
- Campus Transit: No service Monday, Oct. 12.
- Team Store: Closed Oct. 12-13.
- Student Center: Key fob access only Oct. 12-13. The building will operate as usual Oct. 10-11.
- Kurt Vonnegut Museum & Library (KVML): Student hours, 6-8 p.m., will not be available Oct. 12-13.
- Sigma Theta Tau (STT): Key fob access only.
For IU’s fall break, Oct. 19-20:
Normal facility hours will be in place for all academic buildings, Hine Hall (IP) and University Tower Dining during break. Jagline transit will continue normal operations during that time.
Campus Center (CE) and all services will be closed Oct. 17-18 and will have the following adjusted hours and operations on surrounding days:
- Adjusted hours (7 a.m.-7 p.m.): Oct. 16, Oct. 19-20
- Panda Express and Chick-fil-A will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Oct. 19-20.
- Normal hours will resume on Oct. 21.
Students, faculty and staff should plan ahead and check individual service schedules before visiting campus during the fall break periods.
