Purdue to host 2026 Environmental Health and Safety Summit and Expo
The 2026 Environmental Health and Safety Summit and Expo will take place Wednesday, Nov. 11, in Stewart Center, Rooms 214 and 218.
This free, campus-wide event will bring together faculty, staff, researchers, building deputies and safety champions for a morning focused on health, safety and sustainability at Purdue. Attendees can participate in informative sessions featuring environmental health and compliance updates, as well as explore an interactive expo featuring vendors, safety innovations and demonstrations.
Experts from Environmental Health and Safety, the Purdue University Fire and Police departments, Emergency Preparedness and Sustainable Operations will also be available throughout the event to answer questions and share resources.
The summit will recognize safety excellence across campus with the presentation of the 2026 Presidential Safety Award, Purdue’s highest recognition for outstanding commitment to health, safety and well-being. Nominations for the award are open through Oct. 2, with details available on the Environmental Health and Safety website.
Throughout the summit, attendees will have the opportunity to sign up for future EHS workshops and register for door prizes.
More details, including the full session schedule and RSVP information, will be shared soon. Mark your calendar and plan to join colleagues from across Purdue to learn, connect and advance safety on campus.
