Work continues on ceiling tile replacement project at Elliott Hall of Music

Work continues on a project to replace 90-year-old ceiling tile in Elliott Hall of Music.

Most of the scaffolding is set up with ceiling grid installation scheduled to begin later this month.

As a result of this work, summer and winter graduation ceremonies will be combined. The combined ceremony will then take place in December at Mackey Arena.

The project is expected to be completed in January 2027.

Motorists, pedestrians and bicyclists should continue to be cautious around the exterior of Elliott Hall of Music as staging areas for supplies are set up.
