South Russell Street impacts to remain in place for new academic year

Southbound South Russell Street, just south of Mitch Daniels Boulevard, will remain closed for construction on the Nursing and Pharmacy Education Building as a new academic year begins on Monday (Aug. 24). The northbound lane only will be open to traffic at that time.

Motorists, pedestrians and bicyclists should continue to use caution in the area, obey all posted signs and seek alternate routes.
