Reservations required for Campus Connect shuttle beginning Jan. 10

When spring service resumes on Saturday (Jan. 10), ride reservations will be required for the free Campus Connect shuttle that runs between West Lafayette and Indianapolis locations. Reservations for the Purdue community are made through the R2U Connect mobile app (Google Play / Apple Store), which also hosts route schedules and more. Riders will show their reservation confirmation from their linked email account or through the app upon boarding.
Riders who need to cancel an existing reservation should email customerservice@r2uconnect.com. If rebooking at a different time, no cancellation confirmation is needed.
Faculty, staff and students who are new to the app need to create an account using their Purdue email address to ensure rides are free. Riders should keep the app updated to reliably receive notifications, including any schedule changes that may occur.
Route schedules for the spring semester are available online, with slightly earlier weekday daytime departure times than fall semester and two additional weekend evening round-trips offered. Pick-up and drop-off locations in West Lafayette and Indianapolis are also listed on the webpage.
