Winter recess and holiday payroll and hiring deadlines
PP 26
The deadline for bi-weekly pay period 26 (PP26) is Tuesday, December 16, 2025, and all time must be entered and submitted in Success Factors by 4:30 p.m. that day.
PP01
Managers need to approve pay period 01 (PP01), December 15, 2025 – December 28, 2025, timesheets by Thursday, January 1, 2026, at 10 a.m.
For the days designated as part of the winter recess, December 26 – 31, 2025, non-exempt, benefits-eligible employees will need to submit a leave request for “Other Leave (with Pay).”
All hiring should be completed through all onboarding processes no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, December 12, 2025.
Hiring will resume on January 5, 2026.
Other processes such as I-9 reverifications, SSN updates or E-Verifiy actions should be completed by December 23 at 5 p.m.
