Indicate ladder height when submitting work requests for light bulb replacements

When submitting a light bulb replacement request to the Work Request Center, please indicate the ladder height needed to complete the request.

There are two departments that handle lightbulb replacements based on the height of the ceiling. Please indicate if the light fixture can be reached with a six-foot step ladder. If so, Building Services will handle the request. If a taller ladder is needed, the request will go to Operations and Maintenance.
