Summer flights from the Purdue Airport are available now

This summer, keep the Purdue University Airport in mind as plans for business or personal travel are created. With just a few mouse clicks or taps on your smartphone, you can reserve a seat and find yourself catching a bird’s eye view of the campus landscape.

Whether flights are needed for faculty or staff attending a conference, students returning to campus for the fall semester, visitors coming to West Lafayette or just a family looking to take a vacation – all of that and more can be booked through the Purdue University Airport. Daily round-trip flights between the Purdue University Airport (LAF) and Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport (ORD) are available, along with hundreds of connecting flights to and from ORD, as a convenience to all in the Greater Lafayette area.

Southern Airways Express currently offers daily flights from the Purdue University Airport. On August 5, 2025, United Express/SkyWest will begin daily flights, and tickets may be booked now. Information about both airlines and how to book with either is included on the Purdue Airport website.
