Olivia Casas (Building Services): A glass vase fell off my bookcase and shattered in my office. Olivia found it before I came in, caught me coming off the elevator and escorted me to my office to make sure I didn’t walk into a mess unaware. She is incredibly thoughtful and caring, and she goes above and beyond to make sure our offices are clean and safe environments for us all.
