Mark Livingston (Operations and Maintenance): Mark Livingston, Zone 4 Maintenance, recently went above and beyond in meeting a lighting request I had placed for service. Initially upon servicing my request, he explained what he did and could not do. Then he came back with another idea and fulfilled my request with more light than I expected!
