Dakota Sexton and Michael Rogers (both Building Services – Residence Halls): When I moved into my residence hall, the mattress in my room needed to be swapped out. Just a few minutes after I asked for a new one, Dakota and Michael brought one up and helped me swap it out. It was incredibly helpful!
