Ryan Tyson (Radiological and Environmental Management): Due to ice buildup and wind during a recent ice storm, a contractor's security fence fell over. The contractor had only one individual available to reset the fence panels. Ryan happened by and, seeing the contractor struggling, was kind enough to assist.
