Jim Bush and Mike Willis

Jim Bush and Mike Willis (both Purdue Marketing and Communications): Over the course of the past academic year, there have been a number of technology outages impacting faculty, staff and students. When the impact reached a level that we felt would affect the ability to teach, learn and conduct business, we reached out to Purdue Marketing and Communications leadership to request that messages be sent to alert students, faculty and/or staff of the outages, the impact and the expected resolution time frames. Jim Bush and Mike Willis have been able to meet our needs regarding communication at the West Lafayette campus. They have been awesome in their willingness to help from sending out the messages, to providing edits to the messages and being flexible on when messages were sent (often during their personal time away from the office).
