Craig Principe, Kevin Heinrich and Alex Kapote

Craig Principe (Information Services – Northwest), Kevin Heinrich (IT Infrastructure Services) and Alex Kapote (Customer Service Center – Northwest): During the move of the new Print Services area, we had a couple of network ports that were existing but not active. These were discovered after the move and after everything was certified as ready. One of the ports was where my desk was set up, and I had no network access. Craig Principe, Kevin Heinrich and Alex Kapote came to this new area as soon as I called the issue in. They were able to resolve my issue in a timely manner, so I could perform my work duties. They were very pleasant and kept me well-informed throughout the process of getting this issue resolved.
