Rosalie Mattingly

Rosalie Mattingly (Building Services): Rosalie has done an outstanding job as a custodial team member who has the responsibility of the aquatic center. I want to recognize Rosalie for her hard work and attention to detail because our facility has not looked this nice since we opened, nearly 20 years ago.
