Kyrsten Chisholm (Procurement Services): I had trouble completing the allocation step in Concur for a recent trip that was partially covered by an APSAC professional development grant. After several attempts to find help, I finally connected with Kyrsten, who was able to enter the allocations so I could submit my report. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and quick.
