Theresa Morgan (IT Customer Relations and Process Management): Theresa provided the Oral English Proficiency Program testing group crucial and timely support during a busy and stressful period of administering the Oral English Proficiency Test for an entire week in an ITaP lab before classes started. She was and is always very positive and helpful.
