Bill Ross

Bill Ross (Operations and Maintenance): The outside dock stairs on the Krannert Building broke at the beginning of the month, creating a potential hazard and unsafe condition for anyone using the dock. My work order went to the masonry shop, was then sent to the sheet metal shop, and finally landed in the hands of Bill Ross from the welding shop. The repairs were quickly made and the steps are now not only as solid as a rock, but look good too.
