Karen Plaut, executive vice president for research, and other Purdue research leaders visited Argonne National Laboratory on May 23. ANL is home to multiple U.S. Department of Energy user facilities, including the Advanced Photon Source user facility and the Argonne Leadership Computing Facility, that provide researchers with open access to the most advanced tools of modern science. During the visit, the Purdue and ANL teams discussed ongoing joint research projects and explored possibilities for new strategic collaborations.
