Coffee at Convergence event to feature Ascension St. Vincent update

The campus community is invited to attend a Coffee at Convergence event from 8:30-9:30 a.m. June 2 in the Convergence Center Lobby, where Ascension Health will share plans for its future location in the Discovery Park District at Purdue.

Hosted by the Purdue Research Foundation, the event will feature remarks from Ascension Health personnel, including Parveen Chand, president of the Ascension St. Vincent North Region. 

Prior to joining Ascension, Chand held chief operating officer positions at the Indiana University Health academic health center; Eskenazi Health; Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska; and St. Mary’s Hospital in Streator, Illinois. He serves on the board of directors for the Indiana Healthcare Executives Network and is a fellow of the American College of Health Executives.

Attendees will learn about the state of health care in Indiana and beyond, services that will be available at the West Lafayette location, and current and future Discovery Park District at Purdue developments.
