Training courses available for faculty recruitment process

The Human Resources Talent Acquisition team has announced its training schedule for 2023. These courses are designed to help department recruiters and others responsible for supporting the faculty recruiting process in SuccessFactors.

• March 8: Faculty Recruitment: End to End Faculty Recruitment. This session covers the entire recruitment and hiring process for faculty – from job posting to onboarding activity.
• March 16: Faculty Recruitment: Offer to Onboarding. This course covers the last phase of recruitment – from offer to onboarding.
• March 28: Faculty Recruitment: Candidate Management. The course provides an in-depth review of the candidate management process in SuccessFactors.
