Chiang joins Sen. Young for State of the Union address

Purdue President Mung Chiang joined U.S. Sen. Todd Young, R-Indiana, as his guest at Tuesday’s (Feb. 7) State of the Union address.

“Dr. Chiang was an early supporter of the Endless Frontier legislation that became the CHIPS and Science Act, and Purdue University will be an instrumental partner in the implementation of key education and research components of the new law,” Young said.

Chiang said: "Purdue will continue to advance Excellence at Scale in education and research for Indiana and for the U.S."
