Relationships to Partnerships scheduled to return to West Lafayette campus on Nov. 18

After a two-year interruption caused by the COVID-19 global pandemic, the Relationships to Partnerships Conference will return to the West Lafayette campus on Nov. 18. The event is hosted by Purdue’s Office of Supplier Diversity.

The Relationships to Partnerships Conference has helped facilitate relationships among the Supplier Diversity Development Coalition of Greater Lafayette, the Office of Supplier Diversity, small diverse businesses and additional members of the Greater Lafayette business community.

This year’s conference will include several question-and-answer sessions with various organizations, including the Indiana Department of Administration, National Association of Women Business Owners and Purdue’s Procurement Services. The event will conclude with a panel discussion on the topic of diverse businesses currently working at Purdue. Panelists will talk about their stories, how they have been successful and the challenges they have faced.

The conference runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will take place in Stewart Center. Those interested in attending this year’s event, which is free and open to the public, can register online through Nov. 13.

Questions about the conference may be directed to Brandon Gatson, supplier diversity administrator, at gatson@purdue.edu.
